Every candidate we onboard undertakes skills and ability testing and background screening which is designed to prevent and detect breaches of applicable law, regulations, rules and ethical standards.
Your new hire will complete onboarding documentation and processes as required by your company. Whether it is paper based or online through your employee portal, we will ensure your candidate completes all prescribed pre-employment protocols.
There are more than 100 industry or occupation awards that cover many Australian jobs. We make it our business to understand the various awards that apply to your business and sector and set up new employees to be paid according to their job classification.
Employees can complete their timesheets and submit for approval all online using our purpose-built Timesheet Portal. There are automated reminders to ensure all timesheets are processed on time.
Each employee has access to their own account on our Employee Portal. From here, they can view a record of previous placements, timesheets and other important employment records.
Many of our clients request that we are present on-site for induction of new employees. We work with you to ensure your new hires are welcomed into your company according to your induction guidelines.
